This role, Suicide Prevention Project Coordinator, manages suicide prevention programs that support legislatively mandated work per IC 12-21-5-5, including implementation of Indiana's State Suicide Prevention Plan, suicide prevention training, enhancement of crisis services relating to suicide prevention, and technical assistance. You will provide training and technical assistance to health and behavioral health systems on best practices for delivering care to individuals who are suicidal using the Zero Suicide Framework. Management of these programs include overseeing training and operational compliance, supporting infrastructure building through hosting meetings with various stakeholders, coordinating outreach to providers and communities, monitoring project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), collaborating and integrating into adjacent programs including the crisis continuum. Management of reporting, disbursement of funds, and outcome measurement are critical to the success of crisis programming throughout the state. High levels of organization, public speaking and engagement, and driving to results required. This role will be responsible for providing reports, tracking data, producing public-facing documents, monitoring quality and KPIs, and managing contracts associated with the aforementioned scope of work.
