Peer Support Specialist Drug Treatment Court

The Peer Support Specialist (PSS), under the supervision of the Regional WIC Coordinator or Adult Basic Services Coordinator, will work with and support clients in Adult Drug Treatment Court, Veterans Treatment Court and DWI/Sobriety Treatment Court in an effort to increase community-based support and positive outcomes for treatment court participants. The PSS is responsible for providing opportunities for individuals receiving services to direct their own recovery process and for facilitating the development of a sense of wellness and self- worth.

This position requires travel of approximately 50% of the time.
