This role involves providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults across a range of settings including schools, clinics, and client homes. You may also conduct diagnostic assessments and participate in prevention and consultation services within the community. The position requires flexibility, including some evening hours, to accommodate family schedules and improve engagement. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team and use trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
