What You’ll Do:

As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality outpatient therapy for adults in need of mental health support and substance use treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

Therapeutic Services: Provide individual and group therapy, while assessing and tracking clients’ stages of change readiness and recovery

Clinical Documentation: Complete assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing documentation within 24 hours, in compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and CARF standards

Patient-Centered Care: Build mutual, collaborative, and individualized treatment alliances, adapting to clients' changing clinical needs

Ongoing Treatment Planning: Regularly assess treatment progress with clients and the clinical team

Care Coordination: Connect patients to support services, referral sources, family members, and other providers to ensure holistic care

Case Management: Engage in assessments, collaborative treatment plans, BAMs, discharge planning, and partnerships with referral sources & providers
Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, clinical team meetings, therapy supervision, and in-service training

Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure all client records, treatment plans, and communications meet professional, ethical, and legal standards

Time Management & Productivity: Work independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of professionalism
Continuous Learning: Stay current with best practices, research, and treatment strategies in mental health care

Compensation
$34 and $44 per hour
