Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Center is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Finance team to assist with the financial planning and budget management for the organization. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will support the director in managing the Center’s Financial Planning & Analysis team with preparation of the organizational budget and reporting while adhering to strict grant management compliance.

The candidate should be someone with experience working in the nonprofit financial field, has high energy and curiosity about the Center’s work and a talent for translating financial concepts to non-financial staff. The candidate should have strong interpersonal communications skills, a strong aptitude for data, financial analysis, and technology.
