House Manager

Youth For Tomorrow is a 501 (c) (3) and a faith based, non-profit organization, founded in 1986 by Hall of Fame Football Coach Joe Gibbs. The organization is large, diverse, experienced and committed to serving at-risk youth. The House Manager must parent (guide, nurture, discipline, encourage, and counsel) the young men/women under care, ensure medications are properly stored, administered, and recorded, demonstrate an ability to tolerate and resolve frustrated or strained personal and interpersonal conflicts; always maintaining awareness to observe, interpret, and respond appropriately to various adolescent behaviors, and supervise residents within the school and provide crisis management with students who are disruptive to the learning environment.
