Breathe For Change was founded in 2015 by Dr. Ilana Nankin and Michael Fenchel
based on Ilana’s dissertation research and teaching experience, which revealed the
critical connection between educator well-being and student learning. We have
certified over 15,000 graduates nationwide to lead inclusive and trauma-informed
social-emotional learning, mindful movement, and wellness experiences in their
schools, districts, and organizations.
