The Economic Justice Specialist will develop and implement strategies to improve financial stability, increase safety, foster self-sufficiency, and reduce the risk of violence within communities. They will also coordinate strategic planning efforts, provide technical assistance, and support local programs to ensure services are accessible, culturally responsive, and rooted in economic and racial equity.
The Economic Justice Specialist will lead the Transitional Housing Program and advance initiatives that promote economic justice for women and girls across Wyoming. Centering an equity framework, this role facilitates expanding access to housing, economic opportunity, and leadership development—especially for those traditionally underserved and impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking.
