Coordinator, Field Capacity Building

We currently have an opening for a Coordinator, Field Capacity Building. The Coordinator, Field Capacity Building, will allocate their time to providing overall technical and administrative support to the National Director, Field Capacity Building and the Field Capacity Building team. The Field Capacity Building team supports NAMI's vast and diverse grassroots network, including State Organizations and Affiliates across the U.S. through technical assistance and training to help them build organizational capacity.

The Coordinator position requires an individual who is highly organized, skilled, detail-oriented and dependable; has strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills; and can provide excellent customer service. This individual may also take on other duties regularly associated with office management, including e-filing, creating memos and reports, and performing other administrative duties.
