A position responsible for implementing individualized recovery plans (IRPs), delivering IMR services, and providing ongoing feedback on any needed updates to each consumer’s plan. The role includes on‑site case management, supervising and supporting consumers, facilitating social, recreational, and therapeutic groups, and encouraging participation. It also requires using crisis intervention skills when needed, communicating concerns to program managers, and accurately completing all required electronic documentation according to agency procedures.
