The Iowa Community Corps is an AmeriCorps program hosted by the Iowa Department of Health & Human Services. Our AmeriCorps members serve with local organizations to lead community-based projects, manage outreach and education efforts, and offer 1:1 support as trained Community Health Navigators. Join a team that's changing lives right here in Iowa.
AmeriCorps members receive a stipend, education award, resource navigation training, career coaching, and access to unlimited mental health counseling. Several positions are available throughout Iowa. No experience necessary- just a passion for community health and desire to grow professionally.
