ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Assist with routine client vital signs, heights, weights, and EKGs.
B. Assist with admissions/discharges
C. Complete necessary paperwork for pharmacy. Including new admit information forms and prior authorizations for medications.
D. Manage incoming clinic phone calls.
E. Schedule routine and follow up medical, dental, and vision appointments. Gather necessary documentation to accompany client.
F. Assist with uploading paper documents to the electronic medical records.
