The Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest LGBTQ civil rights organization, is seeking a politically engaged, tech-savvy professional for our digital campaign organizing efforts with a keen focus on online social media engagement and grassroots growth and activation. This position reports to the State Director but is an integral part of the organizing work across three teams. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage digital strategies that support our campaign initiatives, amplify our message, and mobilize our community across various online platforms
This is the ideal role for a high-caliber campaign organizer who has served on multiple campaigns, is proficient with all forms of social media and understands the symbiosis between digital and field organizing. The right candidate will bring a creative lens to digital organizing work and be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social properties. Your work will be crucial in driving national grassroots participation, ensuring that our digital presence effectively resonates with target audiences, and maintaining a secure, organized digital infrastructure.
