Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of children to ensure safety and stability
Participates with children in daily activities
Teaches living and social skills and assists with the implementation of coping skills and therapeutic interventions
Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to provide ongoing assessment of changes in status and implementation of treatment plans.
Communicates with parents, caseworkers, and other outside supports as necessary
Completes daily documentation including but not limited to progress notes, observation forms, and incident reports.
Transports clients to off-campus appointments and outings and provides supervision during activity.
