You will learn several techniques to achieve greatness with a team of like minded people who want to see the best in what someone can achieve. This is done in both the residential setting and out in the community. Come learn how to support adults with developmental disabilities in this new exciting opportunity. No experience required, we will train you for greatness.
Behavioral Caregivers will be responsible for implementing Positive Behavioral Support Plans developed to assist individuals in their daily lives, participation in community events and develop positive relationships with their families, peers, and staff.
