Program Manager, Unemployment Insurance Equity Improvement

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to oversee diverse data collection efforts to inform the CT Department of Labor’s efforts to improve equity in the States unemployment insurance program. The Program Manager will oversee partnerships with community providers, contractors with expertise in data collection, and United Way of CT staff to outreach to historically un- and under-served populations – including Black, Latinx, women and low-wage earners – and collect data through phone-based and community-based research.
