The Program Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the program and the safe dwellings. In addition to acting as VIP’s primary coordinator to assure that all efforts are fully met and exceed contractual obligations (programmatic and administrative) and direct the day-to-day activities of risk management, safety/security, maintenance and client move-in/turn-over. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring 24/7 services to all program participants and may also be called upon for late night and weekend assistance.
