The Oregon Chapter Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing GLSEN Oregon’s mission to create safer and more inclusive schools for LGBTQ+ students. This position is responsible for leading strategic program implementation, advocacy efforts, partnership development, and Chapter operations, while also serving as the Chapter’s representative within GLSEN’s National Chapter Network. Reporting directly to the Director of Chapter Network & Movement Building, the Oregon Chapter Manager ensures alignment with GLSEN’s Student Success Plan (SSP), with a particular focus on addressing the needs of rural and underserved communities. This grant-funded role is guaranteed for at least three years, with future continuation contingent upon the chapter’s ability to secure additional funding.
